The client required the upgrading of a space which had previously been a workshop and which she wished to turn into self-catering accommodation. One of the challenges was the constrained space available and several design decisions had to be made to use the space to best advantage. The project required a complete strip out to the bare walls and refurbishment including new windows, raised ceilings, new boiler, central heating system and plumbing, new electrics and lighting. The new space was fitted out with a compact fitted kitchen, new shower ensuite, solid oak floors and finishes throughout.
